The selection of YTF varieties is wide and the shop is brightly lit. This is my 2nd visit to this shop. During our 25 minutes visit there, we heard the dropping/clattering of utensils/pots on the floor twice in the kitchen. The taste of the YTF can be better. We had requested for dry noodles but instead we were served with dry noodles with gravy. When we tried to verify with the staff, the female cashier sounded extremely impatient and just brushed us off with "You said you wanted the dry version right? Yes, it is correct, this is the dried version". Both the YTF and noodles were drenched with the gravy. The dried version is $6.50 for 6 pcs plus dried noodles whereas the gravy version cost $7.50 for 6 pcs with noodles. However, we had wanted the dried version such that we can dip our YTF in the chilli+sweet sauces. Unsure how the total value was calculated as the meal ended up costing us about $20. Some of the YTF items there may costs more than 80 cents per piece, but the price was not clearly indicated on the menu. The taste of the gravy tasted pretty bland and watery today and unlike the previous visit, no soup was provided this round even though we ordered the dried version.

Came here as there are short queues. Yong Tau Fu is like a ala carte meal, where you pick the raw ingredients you want, and the cook will heat it up or deep fry it for you. You can reserve your seat before ordering. This stall is slightly pricier than usual. Taste wise is good. It seems the special sauce is their specialty. I didn't quite like it, especially with guo tiao mixed in it. I might go for other soup or dry options. Might not come here again unless the other queues are long.

Decent Ytf at an affordable price. Their ingredients are fresh and they have quite a wide variety for you to select from. Probably go for their gravy version which is supposedly their special sauce. Skip the soup version, nothing to shout about. Never been there early enough to try their curry as itโ€™s always sold out.
