★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came during weekends dinner time. Although it's packed with people but their serving of foods n drinks are pretty fast.
Ordered for 2 pax :
Prime Ribeye + 2 side dish : Mashed potato &
House salad + Cream of mushroom soup.
(Steak pretty well done, Probably one of the most value for money)
All Day special - consists of Black Pepper chicken, Sausage N Scambled Egg + 2 side dish : Baked Potato & Garden Veggie.
(Chicken meat is tender n fresh, could be improved if they could put more black pepper sauce)
Drinks :
Berry Berries (cranberries juice with berries syrup n soda water) - Good, not too gassy..
Milo Dinosaur Float - Taste Milky, might be due to the vanilla ice cream added in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn’t even offer one star if given a choice. Shockingly rude customer service! Insist groups of 5 must be of same address. Outdated SMM rules posted on their door front which they still insists only groups of 5 from same household can dine there!
Effective 15 March, groups sizes of up to 5 person already can dine together. My sister’s family were barred from dining there even though she offered to take the table farthest from my family just because I know her?? We decided Andes don’t deserve our patronise and it’s a gain for the restaurant next door which happily welcome us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on a weekend around 2pm. There was a short queue. Everything from queuing, paying, and serving of food was smooth.
Ordered the fried chicken. I think it was probably fried a little too long but everything tasted good along with the grilled chicken.

Customer service from the outlet manager definitely has room alot for improvement. Though understandably they are trying to follow covid-19 measurements, there is proper way to communicate with commuters and diners. Especially when other members are in the queue.
The waiters and staff there are friendly, fast and are at your service.
