★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to redeem deal from ShopBack. Was told cannot redeem on public holiday's eve. So, told her going to order from website in front of her and she put up a back in 15mins sign in front of me. Seriously, you should not put this sign in front of a customer who is ordering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for the store in Great World City. Today I asked for a medium and after I paid I noticed that I got charged $29 for a large. I told the girl I ordered a medium so why did she charge me for a large, did your colleague prepare a large size instead? The girl looked at her co-worker and then walked away and said nothing. She didn’t even ask her co-worker what she prepared. When I got home I realized it was definitely a medium because I got the large before and know the difference. I think she must have known but didn’t want to say she made a mistake or didn’t want to deal with fixing it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time trying the sanum and my it was delicious!! They're so generous with the toppings and all it's crazy. I remember the crazy some time back, but this is real good stuff and I'm so glad they made a comeback. Will be back for more for sure!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pistachio sauce has finally made a comeback! It’s slightly different in that the sauce itself comes packed with chocolate pops and also it’s a bit sweeter. Additionally, I noticed the server weighing my small tub - it’s great that they finally have some standardization on the amount of yoghurt base served!!!
Minus one star because there aren’t any seating areas and it’s a little strange to walk around a mall whilst eating froyo.

Cashier was alright however the female staff serving us attitude was pretty terrible and rude; if you don’t wanna work then don’t do it, if not please strive to take pride in the work you do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super grumpy and rude staff. Came there at 4.40pm and there was a sign that said she was on break till 5.30pm. Take note that Google stated that the store was open. I didn’t see the sign and when I called out hello, she came out and grumpily said she was on break.
She was waiting at the front using her phone but refused to take orders. Don’t understand why there would be such a long break in the middle of the evening and didn’t appreciate her tone when she said so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Favourite froyo chain! Better than yole. More worth it to order the Large for more froyo. Must must must get the PISTACHIO sauce if its available! Their pistachio sauce is super legit, creamy... nutty... sweet.... great with the froyo. 5 stars with pistachio sauce, 4 stars with all other sauces.
