★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried this in Lau Pa Sat Hawker. I ordered no. 18, Signature Pork Belly Dry Noodle. It was sooo goodd! ?
It was savoury, and sour, and taste fresh. There are lots of textures, the noodle, the softness from meat, and the crunchiness from the veggies. Love it!
Really had no expectations when ordering it, but im glad i came across this dish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always appreciated how the Hong Kongers can make a brilliant dish out of very modest ingredients. Here's an example, pork chop rice with scrambled eggs. Nothing to shout about the pork chop.. but the eggs were fluffy and nicely seasoned. The combination makes a quick, hearty and delicious meal. Love it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their Pork Chop & Scramble Egg Rice is good, hopefully it is not the only stand out dish in this stall as I will be back for more other stuff from them.
Update: Passby their Suntec outlet (inside Food Republic) and try their KaiLan Beef Fried Rice and was equally impressed albeit a tad over oily.
Not sure if they have an outlet in the west since I can't even find them on Google map for this Suntec outlet. They would be my weekly go to place if they do have them in the west.

Pricing is a little high. You can use DBS Pay Lah to pay for some promo discounts. The food was nice but not very filling.

However very salty - be warned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The scrambled eggs with pork chop is good but not great. If only if it is served piping hot. The stall was only manned by one staff member and he had to prepare the rice in advance so it turned cold.
The pork noodles are ok but not worth ordering over their specialty scrambled eggs with pork chop. The texture of the noodles is not bad but is lacking flavour.
