★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My yoghurt was not that cold and melted really fast. Portion is smaller than the bugis outlet. I pointed out to the service lady that the yogurt texture is weird but she did nothing, said nothing. Yole please treat your employees better so they treat customers better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erm… for their fruit topping they make sure only FOUR (4) pieces of fruit is given… it’s damn pathetic… have been a returning customer for a long time but this 4 pieces of fruit thing is really disappointing. They used to give one scoop of fruit but now need to count the pieces???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice service and a decent quiet and relaxing location away from the main hustle and bustle of the mall. Limited seating but the yogurt is tasty and the toppings selection is fresh and delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly I love Yole from the shop. I've been craving it for weeks so I have been going to the shop to eat it. I've always liked it. But today I bought the yole that is sold in 7-11. Let me just warn anyone who wanted to consider buying it. Firstly it's $5 for a tiny 100ml tub. Still I supported them cause I love yole. Terrible. When I opened it, I could tell the corners were half melted and then frozen again. The taste even. Where do I begin. Its not frozen yogurt. Its some strange taste that is in between ice cream and yogurt. Honestly Yole, please stick to just serving soft serve at your shop. I feel very cheated especially since I'm a bit fan and I bought 2 tubs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service from the staff, in particular, the lady called LY (working alongside Chloe on 12 March 22). She gave us yogurt that was melted and when my husband provided this feedback to her, she filled another container with yogurt to show us the consistency and left it there to melt without even offering to replace ours (and the yogurt she took out was left on the countertop to melt - what a waste!). Was quite appalled by the terrible customer service. In addition, she gave us very little toppings (upon comparison with that given to other customers by Chloe). Never visiting this outlet again for the terrible customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was rather friendly when I visited a few weeks back. The frozen yogurt tasted okay, though it did melt pretty quickly so I couldn't eat it at my own pace. Limited seats available.
Would've given a higher rating if hygiene was better. Kinda squicky to see ants crawling along the counter and a fly hovering around the toppings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the mini Ibiza, the substitute of Llaollao’s Sanum. For the toppings, I chose strawberries, choco muesli and cookie sauce. These 3 components produced a fantastic combination, with sweet sour taste from the yogurt and strawberries, chocolatey taste from the crunches, and the luscious cookie sauce that lent the sweetness to the whole flavor. Tbh I could not detect much difference between Llaollao and Yolé in term of taste, but Yolé tastes sourer and fresher imo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the outlet countless times, had good service and proper yogurt Ibiza.
Past 2 occasions over 2 months has been a disappointment! Melting frozen yogurt right from the machine is seen. Once all ingredients on, especially the sauce its dripping all over the staff's fingers, the counter top and floor!
Look closely at picture the second Ibiza far back of picture is exactly what happens.
What is going on to the quality of the frozen yogurt??
