Really thx God ? for super last min walk in there was a cancellation last minute and we get to hav indoor seatings for afternoon Sakura tea!
Love it we will drop by again for their TOP service and hospitality! Thanks n cheers to all staff working that April Fool day! My mood was lifted up by food, drinks n staff pleasant service as was my late grandma death anniversary??

The strawberries desserts definitely impressed us ( we liked 85% of that - some salty bread and coffee doesn't meet our expectation )
Looking forward our next visit after 14 March - your next afternoon high tea session❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for their Japanese strawberry afternoon tea. Good presentation. Items served were relatively fresh. Ratio of sweet to savoury items is a tad off balance. 80% were sweet cake/desserts, if only it tasted as nice as it looked. Service was unsatisfactory.
Get ready for some hand workout. Keep raising them to get attention from the waitstaff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited lobby lounge the afternoon of July 2 and had a lovely high tea here. Service was excellent and amazing ambience with live piano music. It was such a perfect afternoon for the both of us - big thanks to staff for their excellent service!

My friend and I headed to Lobby Longue for The Simply Strawberries Afternoon Tea special.
Not only was the food was delicious as attached, but the staff's professionalism was also higher than expected.
Explaining details of the food was superb, easy to understand and makes you crave for it. They automatically took photos for us and make sure our tea wasn't empty.
I'm glad that I decided to drop by, many thanks. I will definitely come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh I absolutely loved the fashionista high tea set. Taste wise the savoury items were actually very good. The desserts were quite sweet, as with all high tea sets. I usually skip them so can't judge these ones. The hotels should bring in more of these interesting ideas from time to time! They make the afternoon tea experience a lot more enjoyable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a nice high Sakura high tea at The Lounge. Would have been perfect if not for a group of people having a meeting nearby. Asked the manager to remind them to keep their voices down. They should get a proper meeting room rather than meeting in an open area and disturbing the peace of the place!
