One of the best lok lok I ever have, the original sauce that came with it is already very nice as it is, and they still provide option for extra sauces! Appreciate Daniel and Meng for going extra mile, making the delivery this evening when there's no grab driver. Thank you!

Broccoli flavour is so yummy!! But wish their BBQ flavouring could be more standardised. Sometimes its nice sometimes it's not after such a long wait

my favourite lok lok stall in sg! im not sure if they bbq or deep fry, but it has more of a bbq grilled yummy taste and not oily. im guessing this could be a rare stall that do bbq over deepfry (most other loklok stalls deepfry)

Have been patronising Loklok 1991 for quite sometime and I must say that their Loklok standard is one of the more consistent ones out there. This stall is mend by young hawkers and have been around the area for a few years now. The coffeeshop has a few other stall that sells very nice food such as curry chicken and Thai food, including mookata as well as western cuisine. Back to the Loklok review. Comparing it to the ones that I have tried before elsewhere, it is one of my favourite. From the sauce that they use, the chilli options that they have and the freshness of the food, it has been great so far. Their choices of Loklok is also quite wide but so come early or you might not be able to get some of the favourite options such as mushrooms, brocoli and etc. Keep up the consistency and I will visit everytime I want to bring my friends over for supper!

Carried only a small selection of lok lok items, which are all simply deep fried. Then either sprinkled with a salt pepper mix or brushed over with a soya sauce based marinate. Everything starts to taste the same by your third skewer. Special chilli sauce packs quite a punch. Ordinary. Even though at $1.

Variety: 5/10 Taste: 5/10 They only serve processed meat but DLLM has meat on sticks and satay sticks. The rest of the ingredients are pretty much the same. Taste wise, the seasoning is not as flavorful as DLLM. But, their homemade chilli sauce is really good. Overall, it was ok but I'd still prefer DLLM as they have real meat.

Selection of food was a little small although most of the sticks were only priced at $1. Cooking of the food was really quick and the skewers below totaled up to $12. Taste wise, food was very decent although a pair would probably need to order more than pictured to be full. 4 types of sauce selections were offered. Generally a decent joint although i probably would not make a special trip for this.

$1 per stick only. Price is good. But taste is too salty especially the black sauce part, perhaps it tasted better without black sauce. Enoki roll after fried seem to overcooked until the enoki mushroom become very small but taste good ? just too small. Overall taste is good except the salty black sauce which I think they did not spread the sauce evenly. They also provide many different dips to eat with the skews.
