Dine with my dad and sister for diner.. staff are friendly and respond fast in our orders and used plates. Tables a bit small for multiple food to be serve at one go but find our order flow of serving proportion well. Only try out the steamboat.. haven't try out other cook dishes. Soup base are nice with wide variety of food. Only general shortfall like rest of other restaurant would be dining time restricted to 90mins per table which makes it very rush to enjoy my steamboat no doubt the are sufficient empty tables.

Dining twice in this steamboat buffet. The portioning was hug. Working personal was really friendly. Came on Chinese new year Eve to order the garlic sauce steam fish which only cost $4.80 it was fresh & great. But came back the second time to order again. Was kind of disappointed on the fish. The fish wasn't really that fresh fish meat was really dry. The sauce is really salty. But after all it a great place to eat and it not very costly.

120 mins dining. Top up $3 for unlimited beverage, seasoning, ice cream and fruit platter. Busy weekend night and hard to get waiter attention. Food portions were amazingly huge… the mushroom soup and collagen soup based were highly recommended. $10 pax for yuan yan pot. Can’t resist the $2.8 grilled fish. Unfortunately lime flavoured ice cream was out of stock…

Saw this newly opened steamboat restaurant, went to try. Upon arriving, when entering the restaurant, the floor/tiles was slippery. The plugs was located in between the table (refer photo). This somehow becames a hazard...potential blindspot if people don't take notice of it. My boyfriend slipped and fell due to the stupid socket. Same thing happened to the lady who came after us with her husband. Try warning the to staff about the socket but seems not bothered. The waiter on a few occasions, while serving the dishes also trip and fell....Is only a matter of time, someone will fell hard due to this. The food was okay, not fantastic. For the price charged, definitely not worth. The food portion was slightly lesser ( e.g ordered fish balls, came 3 fishballs which was cut into half??). So if you are a big eater, need to order a few rounds to fill your stomach. You may feel thirsty due to the MSG. Overall, would give a 4.5 out of 10.

Food was decent and the portions were really big. Staff were quite on the ball and helped to clear plates, refilled soup base and drinks in a timely manner. Unfortunately, overall experience was very bad due to the additional overtime charge. This was NOT informed in writing or by staff anywhere on the menu nor when ordering. If we had known about the charges, we would not have stayed to chit chat. They claimed that overtime charging is normal, but this is the first time encountering it. The restaurant was not packed either, so there was still available seating. Thanks to this additional charge, it inflated our bill by a good 20%. Feel ripped off at this price. This will be my first and last time.

I have been here multiple times and this was my visit after a long time. They had Included a new feature on their hotpot whereby with a click of a bottom, you are able to lift up all your food inside the pot - instead of painstakingly having to looking for them in the soup. They also have more sauces options(with no additional charge) compared to previous visits, my favourite is their signature (ζ‹›η‰Œ). They have a selection of drinks which is inclusive in the buffet. They also offer a variety of side dishes, some with additional charge, some with no additional charges(such as grilled fish, soup, and more). You can end of your meal with a plate of fruits and ice cream at FOC as well!;) Service for me was acceptable and this is still definitely my go to place to satisfy some steamboat cravings:)

Jin Li is not particularly unique and did not leave a deep impression as far as the food quality goes. The portion is generous and so, be prepared to go with a huge appetite. The staff will always offer other dishes that will cost extra but I would suggest starting off with all the items that are included in the price first. You can easily fill up on those and the extras will just add to your bill. The staff deserves a shout-out as they are very attentive to our needs and quick to replace dirty dishes and fill up the soup. The table needs to be bigger to accommodate the plates of food as the hotpot takes up almost two-third of the space for a table of four.
