Flavour and texture of the noodles is very good. The couple is also very polite when serving customers.

When biz is good. Service standards are no longer priority. Food is okay but queue is long.. Additional wanton frm $1 upwards. The 3 stall handler works non stop serving plate by plate. Expect a 15 min or longer waiting time during morning peak hours. Warning: Do not sit at the table in front of the stall. The stall helper will throw plates n bowl at the table frequently.

My parents used to buy wanton mee for the family’s breakfasts from this stall. I wouldn’t say it’s delicious, but it’s one of the better ones around my area. Recently on 2 separate occasions - 1. One out of two packets we bought came without any wanton. The other packet had 3 to 4 wantons. We thought it was a busy morning especially on a weekend. They missed it. It’s fine. 2. Two weeks later, we bought one packet and it came with just ONE wanton.. Wouldn’t patronise them anymore due to inconsistency and if you do want to have their wanton mee, have it at the hawker centre so you could get the wantons that you paid for when they unknowingly (or knowingly) only give you one or none.

This stall serves up old school wanton noodles brimming with traditional nostalgic flavours. The stall front is unimpressive and the plated noodles as well. But once u sink yr teeth into the al dente noodles coated with a simple sauce of chilli/tomato/oil combo, u will not stop. Its really one of the few remaining wanton noodles stall sellling this very old school style (rampant in the 70's) with wanton that seems to be nothing but skin (little meat filling but theirs is really yummy). Not forgetting to mention this super tasty broth (u can tell.that they really boil lots of ikan bilis with pork bones). No wonder.there is always a long queue whenever the stall is opened. Price wise, its the rather standard hawker centre pricing though a $4 portion makes a satisfying lunch. Check out the "sui qiao" (dumplings) which are really yummy. Recommended.

Same type of thick egg mee kia used in nearby Kok Kee wanton mee stall. Order the large serving and was surprised by the huge generous serving. Flavourful noodle that mix well with the spicy sweet sauce. Courteous stall holders!

Good bowl of prawn dumpling noodle. The egg noodle was cooked perfectly. 3 prawn dumplings, plump but slightly under-seasoned. Overall a good bowl and the queue moves pretty fast.

One of the few wanton noodle stalls at 505 Jurong west market and hawker centre. Infact a few stalls away, there is actually another stall selling wanton noodles. The wanton sold here taste very similiar to the duman food centre.chili sauce is ladle on the side instead of pre mixed with the sauce. Price of wanton noodle starts from SGD$3 onwards. Ordered their SGD$4 portion, with comes with generous portion amount of noodle and ingredient. Noodle came with the standard wanton which was rather bland and dry. The wanton on the other hand comes with generous filling. If you requested for less chili, it will be pre-mixed in with the sauce. Noodle was springy and doesnt have that alkeline taste. Overall, an above plate of wanton noodle. Personally preferred this over the stall nearby to them
