I recently had to move some Big & bulky furniture from a warehouse to my house (newly renovated). Longshot was a Breeze to work with. Had everything done in a half a day with no communication problems at all. Extremely reasonable pricing for quality service.

My partner and I recently got engaged and we moved out of our parents house to stay together. Moving house can be very stressful but I am so thankful for Mr Tham for making this process so much easier for us. They were very professional and responsive. All my furniture and belongings were shifted in the best condition. Mr Tham was also extremely reasonable with the quotation. Overall, I would highly recommend Longshot Transport for a fuss-free house-moving process!

Needed to move during the Circuit Breaker period, was so glad that my friend recommended Longshot to me. I was slightly reluctant to engage movers initially because I didn't have alot of items per se and was very worried that some items would be damaged in the process (piano, guitar etc). I'm glad I did in the end - the service by Kenny and his team was incredible! I had expressed my concerns to Kenny and he took extra care of the items by getting his team to package them carefully and even unwrapped them at the destination. Not the slightest scratch on anything. Very responsive and efficient, will definitely engage their services again in future!

Boss Kenny swiftly replied to my queries and repeated calls as it was my first experience in moving house, and answered to my worries patiently. Movers were professional in their service too. Great experience with Longshot Transport. Got recommended by a friend and I'm very pleased with the impeccable service by Kenny and his team. As I'm heavily pregnant, shifting house was a potential nightmare but I'm glad I hired Longshot and saved so much trouble. We hired Longshot when we shifted house recently because it came highly recommended by our friends. Unfortunately, we had a really nasty experience. Before the move, the boss Kenny came to our house to have a look and to quote us the cost. My husband gave very clear instructions on the items that needed to be moved to three different locations. I also confirmed with him that our clothes will be shifted by hanging them on racks and would not be folded. When I raised concern about my plants which have outgrown their existing pots, he informed me that his workers can re-pot them and shift them. As such, I went to buy new pots and soil. Kenny wrote all these instructions down on text messages and sent them back to me. I was pleased with the clear feedback. Over the two days of moving, many things went wrong which showed the extreme lack in professionalism. 1. Kenny got my addresses wrong. He sent his workers to my new place instead of my old place to move. 2. His workers came unprepared and asked me for packing equipment such as markers and newspapers. They also did not have food and water. 3. Despite confirming with Kenny twice that the clothes will be shifted by racks, the workers folded all our clothes into boxes and told us racks are not available. Our clothes were all dirty and crumbled. Take note that Kenny has charged us extra for this packing service. 4. Despite proper instructions and Kenny acknowledging them, the furniture were brought to wrong locations. Much time was wasted in having to remove and bring them to the correct location again. 5. Although he charged me for re-potting my plants before the move, Kenny’s idea of re-potting plants is to just put the old pot on top of the new pots and shift them together. No re-potting was done at all. I also could not quantify the damage to the roots when they did that. 6. They could not complete the move in the two days as agreed (I live in an apartment) and had to complete it on the day of my handover, giving us much stress. After giving him feedback, he suggested that I sent all my clothes for ironing and he would pay for it. This is not feasible given the sheer volume and the effort in transporting them to the laundry and the waiting time required. When we asked him to omit the charges on repotting of plants since none was done, he refused and insisted on charging us full, even though the service delivered was not as promised. I spoke with my friends who recommended them and discovered that the packing method done was vastly different for mine despite charging the same or higher cost. Perhaps, over the years, the service has changed.

Don't use them. The lorry running at a speed of more than 100km on express way, cutting in and out endangering other people live. Stay away..

driver is helpful, but how office managing/follow up is not good. We deliver to our customer, and our customer held up for 2 HOURS! and the transport company only informing us 2 hours later and charge us the additional cost. If we know our customer is holding up, we will definitely give him a call and ask what happened, not just holding up and not unload the goods. End up a 125.00 job we have to pay 450.00.
