★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse place ever!!! did my brows trimming and come out to have 2 different brows shape, despite letting her know what i want in advance ,such thing still happen ,after confronted the staff they still have the face to be angry and said is not inform earlier.

1) keep persude me sign the eyebrow threading package before cny , when I want to use it before cny 1 week advance, lady boss said cannot use package ..need to pay cash from $10 become $15 because cny.
Why never tell customer early before sign package ??
2) after cny then I went down for eyebrows treading in March , lady boss told me that she not free now , ask me come back next day. I wwnt down in April for another month treading, she also ask me come back again and she not free now. She keep ask me call before come , no accept reservation.
If next day I call and she serving other customer means I no need go again?
I wonder when can finish my package ..haiz . Hope u all don't come here and don't cheated by this China lady.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I renewed a package and now cannot use it from 14 Jan to end of Feb because there is CYN pricing which is 40% more....
I am fine with CYN pricing if you advise the customer before they purchase or renew a package and if it runs for actual CYN which is 2 weeks not when it runs for 6 weeks and I cannot use the package but need to pay 40% more?
Plus when i questioned it starting in January 2 weeks before the CYN and then told the lady this is not good service she got extremely rude I requested membership refund she declined!
I will now not be able to use the membership I have paid for!
