She is experienced, knowledgeable and professional, and her presence is so warm and comforting. Thanks to her I actually have quite fond memories of my labour! It was so calm and relaxed having her there,my partner even managed to have a nap! Helen was always available to answer our questions during pregnancy, birth and beyond and was always so reassuring which has been so valuable to us, especially since as expats we were far from home with no family to support us.

We managed to get from supplementing formula, pumping and using nipple shield to eventually fully direct latching. She is such a kind person and provides holistic support post partum (not just breastfeeding). Her home visits always made me feel so much better and gave me the confidence that I needed to not give up.
