★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed my order on 4 Jul 2022, hoping it will arrive on 9 Jul 2022 as they said they need 3-5 days. I was going to use it for a business trip. And it did not arrive so I emailed them. They told me its with Urbanfox and they do not have a tracking number yet. So I went on a business trip for 4 days (11 Jul - 14 Jul) and came back only to receive an email that they attempted to deliver it but failed. So attempted on 14 Jul only?? After how many days? Please. The service is not acceptable. To think that delivery is done locally. I like their clothes but bec of this kind of service, i'd rather buy from somewhere else.
