โ โ โ โ โ Very bad service by the staff. We ask the tall staff whether HOUZE has any electric hand mixer, they just point to the shelves to say itโs there. But itโs not there. The other staff is not friendly as well, but at least he replies that you donโt sell it.

โ โ โ โ โ Come all the way to this shop for the sale items, suddenly was given a surprise by the staff members. Was ask to come back tomorrow and apply for a electronic Q number in order to enter the shop as they're close for the day in releasing Q number. And it was just only 8:00pm on a Friday night. Somemore so many people Jam pack at the areas and no social distancing. They really need to do something with the queueing system, if not the number of covid cases is going to go up again.

โ โ โ โ โ Good variety of goods offered but should do better in terms of products infor n packaging. Eg oven Mitts sold individually in a package instead of a pair. Cleaners used as 2 being sold as 1.
To the unsuspecting customers some of their purchases become an annoyance.
