Great working with Sebastian and his team to livestream our wedding! He came down for a recce and worked with us to ensure things go smoothly, gave us clear instructions to take note of for our online guests to have the best view and managed the whole church event smoothly. Our overseas relatives and friends and families even commented that it felt like they were right there with us!

It was a pleasure engaging Sebastian and his team for our wedding livestreaming. Sebastian had been amazingly helpful and professional throughout the entire planning. He and his team were the only vendors I didn't have to chase the entire time - they were independent in their work and they absolutely delivered. Their service is incredibly value for money too! Family and friends abroad got to share our special day with us on high quality video and audio, and leave their messages on the comments and even have a virtual photobooth thanks to the Loveinstills team. Dawn and I had our wedding on 31st July 2021. There were alot of last minute changes with the measures, and we had many ideas of the wedding. However, Sebastian and the team still patiently guided us and managed our expectations, especially when we were overwhelmed with planning. We had engaged Loveinstills for our pre-wedding as well as actual wedding photoshoot. Sebastian - our photographer, was accommodating and very easy to work with. We truly love the shots taken for our actual day as he ensured important moments were captured for memories. From the start to the end of preparations, Sebastian was responsive and always gave us tips and advises on how we can plan for pre-wedding photoshoot. He took his time and did not rush at all which put us at ease when we posed for shots. We have hired Loveinstills to live stream our church wedding and we have been delighted by the professionalism of the team. Overall, it was paramount for us to stream our wedding internationally and all our viewers were satisfied with the quality of the stream.

My wife and I just had our wedding and Sebastian and team were there to livestream the whole event to our friends and family all over the world. Working with Loveinstills was seamless and all necessary requirements were attended to diligently and with ease. One thing that stood out to us was that Sebastian came to the rehearsal and was one of the first there and last to leave making sure that all was in place. The feedback we received from all watching the stream was outstanding with smooth coverage and plenty of shots catching all the moments. I approached Sebastian less than a week to my actual wedding and was so glad to receive a prompt, positive reply from him. Before that, I had approached a few other vendors who initially agreed but dropped me at the last minute due to lack of manpower or short period of time for recce. Sebastian on the other hand was super reassuring right from the start and answered all my queries very promptly. That same night, we worked out the best package for my needs and he also dropped me a folder link to upload all the visuals I require. He was also very agreeable to join my rehearsal/recce at the hotel in the next 2 days, despite the last minute arrangement. He even came earlier and reached before me! I was very impressed with his initiative, when I arrived for the rehearsal, he has already checked with the AV technician on the requirements and confirmed that we are good to go. In the next few days leading up to the wedding, he remained very responsive to my questions and even suggested better approaches for my livestream audience. On the day of the event, he was also there before me again, and everything ran super smoothly, I did not have to worry about anything at all! Every guest that tuned in really enjoyed the quality of the feed. He even re-processed the footage with a clearer audio after the event. Really 10/10 experience overall from start to finish.
