ngl one of my favourite brands since 2019, but i got a pants last year. The zip seems to slide open randomly. Had to place a hook there so that it won't open up randomly. Im the few that had such defects after wearing it awhile hence unable to return. Nonetheless, their clothes are pretty! Designs are up to date but sometimes feel repeated fast fashion.

G, WL and Lovet pixies are very Customer-centric and efficient in handling requests and questions (with reference to the recent incident where Atome was not able to process the payment -and orders was cancelled,Lovet work with Atome to issue voucher to affected people, WL assisted to check with them and I got a reply within 2hrs). This show the willingness to go the extra mile and their focus on service excellence and their Lovet Fans. QC are also done very extensively (reference from BFF sale). Love to watch the Sunday try-on live and excited to see the new launches and collaborations with MongxLovet. I have been a Lovet Fan since Oct 2019. Its not only do the clothes that Lovet/G designed fits petties (like myself), being customer centric, they are also willing to share their business entrepreneurship journey or tips with others! 1. Clothes Super love the fit, quality and design of lovet’s clothes! Kept most of my pieces from them. Even thought the camping at the launch makes me super anxious everytime, the sense of satisfaction when i get to cart everything out is ? and esp when i receive them HAHA. Also their dresses are almost all below $40 (before 10% off) which is super affordable. And if they dont fit well, we can just return for store credits!!! Which is really awesome cos we get to splurge on new collection again without paying too much HAHA 2. Customer Service CS team/ Founders G & WL address urgent enquiries quickly through Telegram/ IGDM/ email. They also try their best to give us the best deals when it comes to promotions and discounts e.g. on Atome! Atome crashed during one of my purchases and i didnt get what i initially wanted, but heard that WL actually helped to fight for a $10 off $40 atome lovet voucher for the affected individuals. Thanks for that! Effort is appreciated ☺️ 3. Effort in marketing & aesthetics Always enjoy watching their IG stories! The only store i switch on notifications for~ they put in a lot of effort to communicate about the fit for different sized individuals because they understand that we all have unique body shapes & sizes! So they do try to cater to everyone during their IG live every Sunday & IG stories before that. Great job to the creative team @ lovet!!! I hope to see a Lovet store around some day! I think 100% of lovet fam will agree with me ?

Good quality clothes with affordable price points love their dresses :) Basics are also comfortable and last a long time. Been buying since 2018. They have super good service and always doing their best to support customers!

customer service is really good! they respond fast and helps to settle any issue that you have. they often give satisfactory replies and are very accommodating. Delivery is also really fast and their clothes are so high quality, really worth the price and designs are so nice too!! Highly recommend this brand!!

The first blogshop that I have to camp for clothes! Quality of clothes is very good, especially white tops! Non sheer! I love their shorts for their cutting and length is just nice for me. Great customer service and helpful to give advice for sizing/colour choice tips!

Would not be supporting this business who has no integrity and is open to plagiarising an entire design from other company. Look at how Lovet is so creativity deprived that they have to steal a design from Zara. Of course their quality is subpar and evidently the inferior version. Not to mentioned they have very rude customer service which are unprofessional at best
