Amazing shop with impeccable service! I have done threading at many other shops and have gotten my brows butchered, until I started coming here. The people here have an eye for detail and the process is pretty painless! Love the friendly staff here and how they are very welcoming. Got henna done by Loveena herself and was loving the end result, which only took her 5 mins to do. Great job on this new venture Loveena!! Must visit salon whether you live in Singapore or are visiting!

Did simple henna for both hands and feet. All 3 staffs who were present in the morning on the saturday was very accommodating and friendly. staff who did the henna did an amazing job! we enjoyed interacting with the staffs. However, as we were waiting for our henna to dry at the shop, we were greeted with unpleasantness by their lady boss who is probably in her 20s or 30s. the lady boss did not even greet us and kept hurling negative things at her own staffs about some food order. It was very uncomfortable to watch and i would like to suggest for the lady boss to not scold ur other staffs in front of customers. not in the presence of customers as it does not reflect well on herself and her company. we did not expect a hello from you but the least you could do is to greet us with a smile. basic customer service. cheers.

Reasonable prices for the passionate work the ladies do! Very attentive to detail and lots of experience between them as well. They will also recommend and provide excellent aesthetic services that is both comfortable and effective for you.

This is a late review (late by a year and a half), but has to be mentioned as I am appalled by the lady’s services. The boss lacks of professionalism and was busy being immersed in a conversation with another lady while waxing my chin. She did such a TERRIBLE job and charged me all in all $18 for upper lip and chin waxing (for a pathetic service like that one). The only reason why my friends and I went there was because it was pouring and thought we would give a new salon a try, but of course she proved us right that we should just stick to the place we frequent. Avoid at all costs.
