β β β β β Alyssa's service was awesome and gentle until I fell asleep. The admin, Sarah, however, took 5 hours to get back to me about slot availability for the next day and didn't pick up my calls. Poor customer service. Please look into it. Also would be good to have printed brochure packages available for reading instead of handwritten package details.

β β β β β Have been going here for facial once every month and each time is always such a very pampering feel and relaxing time. Everyone is very professional and friendly. Always enjoyed every session. Highly recommended. The promotions and packages are really worth it.

β β β β β I absolutely love the facial. Nice ambience and staffs are friendly and gentle. Also adds a very nice massage to the shoulders, neck and arms. Makes you feel very relaxed and pampered! Excellent experience and definitely recommend!

β β β β β The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout the session. During skin analysis, they will recommend and advise you about your skin. Explaining every step of the procedures before doing it. Extraction was painless and facial was soothing and relaxing :) Would recommend to others ??
