Engaged Mykel 2+ years ago to reno our place. With the positive experience, decided to get Mykel and team in again this time to help with reconfiguring the space. Thumbs up for the whole process from start to end. Mykel was always prompt in replying. He maintained an open mind to my requests and provided sound advices. Quotation was updated when there were adjustments made along the way so cost was transparent. Some hiccups but they were always resolved quickly. I'm most impressed with the carpentry work. Saw how meticulously work was done as they built up my 3m wide x 3m tall wardrobe. Definitely not an easy feat and I love the end product!

Engaged LS Carpentary for breakfast /bar counter. Mikyle is helpful in giving ideas and understand what we wanted for the area.Installation work completed earlier then expected. He even arranged for other days to do some touch up works.

I had engaged LS Carpentry in the past for some mini improvements at home for a full height shoe cabinet and an additional kitchen cabinet. Mykel was very responsive and friendly. Recently, I just engaged LS Carpentry again for some works in my service yard and even though it has been been fully completed yet, it already looks good! Personally, I find their prices very reasonable and definitely will recommend to my family and friends :D

Engaging Mykel was the best decision we made throughout our renovation journey. I think he epitomise the type of contractor all customers like myself wished for. He is unlike your stereotypical 'PCK' type of contractor; instead he is extremely responsive, courteous from start to completion, and is always ready to lend a listening ear to our problems before making recommendations. From my experience, he is always there to rectify problems whenever we spotted 1, and in almost all instances, he come down personally to resolve them. This, to me, is rare in the renovation industry. I also like the fact that he chooses his sub contractors carefully, and they are almost a mirror of his personality. All these made our renovation journey worry-free and a pleasant one (and we have had our fair share of bad experiences in the past....) While we kept reading about projects being delayed due to lockdowns, we were extremely fortunate that Mykel was able to deliver our home to us on schedule. (He has his own carpentry factory, so most of the assembly of the wardrobe and cabinets were completed at his factory during the restrictions, which helps in avoiding any delays) Special shoutout to "小弟‘’，who did a great job on our wardrobes/cabinets. Services we engage LS Carpentry: Dismantling of wardrobes/cabinets (toilet, living room and all bedrooms), Carpentry work, whole house painting, polishing of granite flooring and parquet in the bedrooms, replacement of fixture and fitting for 2 toilet, vanity for 2 toilets, Air-con installation including piping Total Project Duration: 5 weeks We will definitely engage him again in the future if required.

I have engaged Mykel to help me renovate a portion of my HDB living room into a study room area with sliding doors to block off the noise. Mykel and his team are very responsive to my messages. He often gave advices in my design ideas and provided alternatives. This project was actually quite fast, we started to discuss in late Nov if I remembered correctly and after finalizing my design and 3D diagram everything seemed to run fast. Although there were some hiccups during the renovation process but he managed to solve them very quickly. Am very satisfied with the final product.
