We have recently completed our first renovation works with This Is Interior and we highly recommend our ID - Khim. Our renovation works started close to the start of circuit breaker (CB) and only hacking works were finished before the CB started. Everything else was halted and can only restart after the CB period. Khim was quick to initiate and submit the necessary documents to have the approval to restart our renovation works. Throughout the renovation process, it is natural to have some minor hiccups along the way. Khim was prompt in addressing the hiccups that occurred and also amending everything that we have requested. Furthermore, Khim was patient and gave us alot of valuable suggestions and advice as there is alot of things that we are unaware and unsure of due to our first renovation experience. Khim was also very reponsive and would constantly visit the site to check on the progress and also provide photo and video updates on the renovation progress. Khim gave us many free upgrades along the way which would improve the aesthetics of our home. In our kitchen, Khim added a free pelmet to our cabinets to conceal our many proturding plugs and switches which made our cabinets more aesthetically pleasing. As for our kitchen tabletop, we selected the design based on small table top pieces. We were really lucky that Khim personally went down to the factory to double check on our selected design before it was prepared for us. When Khim saw our design as a bigger piece, he immediately knew that we would not like the overall look of it and contacted us to provide suggestions for other designs that he feels that would suit our preferences. We were glad and thankful that Khim went down to check as we really did not like the initial design that we chose. We managed to decide on a nicer design as Khim was there to provide us with photos of how the table top would look like as a whole piece. For our master toilet, we wanted a build in mirror cabinet and Khim added a free matching build in vanity during the renovation process. He also added free glass doors in our toilet for our glass partition which we excluded as we felt that it could save us some costs. Khim also got the painter to paint for us 2 colour samples on our walls so that we could see and compare the colours before deciding. This was also done at no extra charges. Overall we felt that Khim have made our renovation journey a great and less stressful one. We would like to again thank Khim for the great renovation journey and we would definitely recommend Khim to our family and friends.

It started off good den something happened with the ID that was taking care of the project.Then came Khim. He took over and everything went back to being better. He listened and understood our needs and also gave us a fair feedback on what can be done and what wasnt Most importantly he was honest with us. He tried his best to deliver within our budgeted needs. Not easy trying to convince my wife for certain things Overall after the handover we were very satisfied with the service rendered and we are enjoying our new makeover Thanks Khim and also THIS IS INTERIOR

All renovation comes with hiccups. My ID, Nicole Goh & Project Co-Ordinator, QZ, who is now my Godson, managed to pull through the 2 months tight schedule grace. Through open talks, good communication & understanding, we have a good rapport understanding of the Reno process. It wasn’t good doing Reno works at the end of the year plus going through the major holidays. Thankfully all comes to good endings & satisfactory results.

Went for consultation, it raises a few red flags which I thought is worth sharing. 1st red flag, they talk about all their previous achievements. No IDs I've visited(small fishes and big fishes) does that. 2nd red flag, they do hard selling(this is the biggest red flag). I've been to a lot of IDs and I really mean it when I say a lot. Neither have hard sell me until I visited this place. They generated a quotation within 20 mins, they hard sell on the spot like those facial saloons and ask me to make my decision within that instance. Who does that? We're talking about thousands of dollars! When I told them that I can't make a decision within that few mins and I'm waiting for quotes from other IDs, their reply was "How many more IDs? Like that won't finish one cos Singapore got so many IDs. Our price so good already." and they continue to hard sell.

We had a wonderful experience working with our ID Nicole from This is Interior, she is dedicated, professional and honest during the whole process of renovation. she attends to my request and followed the schedule properly, although in between there is some hiccup, but Nicole will try her very best to resolve it and was able to complete the whole renovation in time as we have a tight schedule. Greatly appreciated her effort & time and highly recommended to engage Nicole. Thanks!!!

Engaged TIID for reno of kitchen and toilets. Nicole was assigned to cater to our needs. She provided advices if our requests on designs and color scheme does not look great and proposed alternatives. Although there are some hiccups here and there and some delays. It was resolved and requirements are met and work was delivered. Workmanship is satisfactory. Communications can be improved, especially if there are delay involved so we can plan and reschedule. Know what you need to be done prior to work commence to avoid potential variations.
