They all address your by name , go the extra mile to assist. Sure , Lululemon is not cheap but they sure complete the brand experience with their consistent exemplary service .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the only LLL store I know that puts a barrier at the entrance. You have to tell the staff what product you are looking for before they let you enter. They do that to you even when there hardly anyone in the store. I'm not sure. Maybe entering this store without anything specific in mind is frown upon. The staff don't even know their own product because they always give me a blur look after I told them what I'm looking for. When I managed to enter, it seems like they are in a hurry to get me to leave. I usually only come in here because some specific item I'm looking for is not in stock in my usual LLL store. Don't bother asking them to reserve any item too cos the item are usually back on the shelf even before the 3-day window is up.
Two stars because I always managed leave the store with what I'm looking for.
If you have a choice, shop at Vivocity instead. The staff there is wonderful.
