★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went specifically there to go buy a suitcase on January 7, 2020 at TUMI. There were 2 ppl working there. A male and a female. Both saw me walk in. The female was busy unpacking and doing something the man just looked at me and didn't bother to greet or ask if I needed assistance with anything. Walked around for 5 minutes still no help even after I found something that I was interested in purchasing. I ended up purchasing at Samsonite instead since nobody seemed to care to help. Very disappointed with service at TUMI!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrific customer service. Was told I'd have 30 days after purchase for a return. When contacted for a return, noone replied to my emails. After multiple e-mails and angry calls, TUMI finally arranged for a pick up of the item, which never happened. You have been warned.

He still took the time to explain to me and show me other luggages that Tumi is well known for. Very knowledgeable regarding his and his competitors products

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sell respretative was quite rude. I never had such an experience in any shop. So I was looking for a clutch for my husband and she was like, oh that design, that's the oldest design we don't have that anymore. We don't sell old stock and went away rudely. Her tone was like as if we can't afford and we are some random people just looking at things and not actually buying... absolutely worst experience.. will never go to this shop again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to look for a bagpack and was served by a short hair lady. She took the time and effort to explain about the bags after identifying my needs and priorities. Very patient as I asked many questions and amazing customer service. The best part of my experience is that I was not treated any differently when I decided not to buy as I wanted to look around still. Will totally recommend!
