โ โ โ โ โ Their staffs here kinda give you an invisible stress that you need to โpurchase somethingโ every time you visit the store. I much prefer the outlet at Ngee Ann City! More approachable and they hardly give you any mental stress ?

โ โ โ โ โ I would give no star if I am able to. Never ever ordered from Lululemon.
Long story short, ordered placed by their staff for me at Ion branch, realised later my card been double charged n been informed my order being cancelled without explanation nor apologising 3 days later. Wasting my time to check with the store plus my bank!!! The staff just gave me cold shoulder and dont even bother to answer my email afterwards ? ?

โ โ โ โ โ Have to thank Yi Leng and give her a huge shout out for her help despite an issue with my item. She managed to answer my queries and tried to understand my circumstances and offered some suggestions/alternatives. I appreciate the team for going out of their way to help me and for doing their best, despite constraints.
I would really recommend shopping here at the Ion outlet. Service is superb despite the high traffic going on. The staff in general were really attentive to my needs, and patiently explained to me the various products they had to offer. Though, unfortunately most of the items I wanted were out of stock.
Thank you once again for the superb service, I am looking forward to my next visit :)

โ โ โ โ โ my friend and i just left the store 15 mins ago and i donโt think this review can wait any longer. we would like to commend Sree on her amazing service. she helped us find the perfect gifts for our friend and was super patient with our requests. she was also cool and we felt like we could ask any questions at all without being judged. she was so nice which made our entire experience at lululemon ion enjoyable.
she helped us pack the items and gave us some time to write something on the card as well
