Luna Bianca Bridal Boutique - 10 N Canal Rd

Recently graduated couple in Dec 2021. My wife and I had visited Luna Bianca along with several bridal studios back in Dec 2020 when they were still at Bugis. Eventually decided to go with Luna Bianca as their PWS photos and great quality gowns were what attracted us & there also wasn't any hardselling by our coordinator unlike some other bridal studios. Celine was our coordinator throughout our entire journey as well as our MUA for PWS. Despite some slower response time at the start of 2020 due to the overwhelming accumulated number of brides in 2021 as a result of covid, we were thankful for Celine's coordination as she helped us greatly in terms of our selection of gowns, suits and accessories. My wife also liked Celine's makeup for her PWS. For our PWS, Albert was our photographer and he made us really comfortable in front of the camera with his jokes. What we were most grateful for was that Albert and Celine pushed through the night till 8pm to make it possible for us to take some photos at our final location (NTU Hive) as they knew that it was a special place for us since we met there as a couple. The final product (PWS photos & album) exceeded our expectations and our friends & relatives were all praising how nicely taken the photos were during our banquet. For our actual day, Celine ensured that our gowns, suits & fathers' jackets were well fitted. As I had slightly larger thighs, she took special note of it ever since our PWS to ensure that my pants were properly fitted this time around and did not need another alteration again. Although Celine wasn't free to be our MUA, she ensured that another experienced MUA Benji was assigned to us. In addition, Wendy also quickly helped us with our last minute request to alter the sleeves of one of our fathers' jacket the day before. Overall, it has been an extremely fun and pleasant wedding journey with Luna Bianca. Sure, there were definitely some slight hiccups along the way but the Luna Bianca family more than made up for all of that by attending to our requests as much as possible. Thanks to the Luna Bianca team and I would definitely recommend couples to engage them!

Had a really great and pleasant overall experience with Luna Bianca from the start to the end of our wedding prep. We were amazed at the quality of gowns and how well each gown was kept and maintained, as well as their selection for a slightly bigger sized couple! We initially planned on just renting a wedding gown and suit from them, but ended up with a beautiful wedding gown and an amazing tailored suit as well. We would love to commend our our coordinator Joey, who was always so patient and cheerful each time we met her for our appointments! She walked through us in finding the perfect gown and spent the time ensuring each step was as smooth and fuss-free as possible. Thank you Joey and the Luna Bianca team for the amazing experience! :D

We shortlisted a few bridal studios on Instagram before heading down to the physical stores. Luna was the first that we stepped into and it immediately became our choice (we didn't even need to see the rest!) Very thankful that we had Joey as our coordinator. She sat us down to explain all the different types of gowns, assisted me to shortlist a few dresses for me to try on and she really knows her stuff! We thoroughly enjoyed every session to Luna and we ended up with gowns and suits that we are absolutely in love with. BONUS: Joey's bubbly and amiable personality :) The whole process was seamless and efficient, even with last minute requests of adding on another gown, Joey was accommodating and assisted with the entire process. We highly recommend Luna Bianca to every couple out there! A HUGE thank you to Joey and Luna Bianca Studio for making our experience such a pleasant one!

This was a studio that was recommended by a friend. We also did some research on other bridal boutique as well however, we eventually went to Luna Bianca. Prior before we did not went to any other bridal store, hence we didnt know what to expect. But the team in Luna Bianca is very friendly and welcoming. Kudos to Joey and Desmond for being such a pleasure to work with, from gown and suit selection all the way to location selection. They gave good advice and ideas to us. We will definitely recommend other couples to engage their services!

Florence from Luna Bianca was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She ran through the rough procedure of what to expect for the pre-wedding shoot preparations until after our wedding which was useful. Florence was never pushy, and always genuinely sharing her advice and knowledge. We are very thankful for her great service, and are really excited to embark on our wedding journey with her! We engaged Luna Bianca during a wedding fair at Delta House. They offered a wide range of customizations to their wedding packages. We were able take our time to choose and find good variation of options for most of the bridal stuffs we wanted. Beside their products offers, we also enjoyed their services at their studio. Credit to Joey for providing us very welcoming experiences. We are naturally inexperience with bridal stuffs, but Joey has been encouraging throughout the process and providing us positive advices. Communicates well and cheerful, very comfortable to work with. Another shout out to also Luna our makeup artist. She is punctual and professional for our sessions with her. Very bubbly and easy to talk to, her makeup sessions are never dull. Her works are skillful and pleasing. Thank you Luna Bianca team, especially to Joey and MUA Luna! Our wedding journey was definitely a lovely and magical one, thanks to Luna. We are very satisfied with their services and quality of the photos. Professional and friendly service! Had a main coordinator who helped to recommend my wedding dress, was accommodating to our requests and pleasantly nice personality :) Our photographer was awesome! Many of our guests praised him for his enthusiasm and professionalism during our wedding day. Photos taken during our pre-wed shoot were beautiful. Make-up Artist was great! She was patient and able to recommend makeup styles and hairdo that suits me :) Kudos for the wonderful service!
