Invoking a sense of nostalgia, neatly tucked along side of the other 'old skool' 5-footway shophouses, diagonally opposite OCBC building, therein lies the home of royalty - By that, I meant the Sultans of Shave. Differentiating itself from the typical average salon, upon entry, one can't help but feel you have stumbled upon a movie stage setting of 'Kingsman'. Leather chairs, shelves, lights - Its entire décor immediately invoke a sense of gentlemanliness; a kind reminder of who we truly are in today's hectic society. Rao, my remarkable stylist, was extremely well-mannered. He took time to have a conversation with me. That's right! Not just asking the usual questions, but to actually understand my thoughts, my style, what I dislike and what kind of look I aspire. He shared his personal views on styles that best suited my face/head structure, the kind of golden perspective that only 'The-One-that-holds-the-scissors' can give. The outcome, needless to say, was a superb haircut experience. I also walked away with insights on how to style, maintain and manage my hair. The other 'Sultans' were just as friendly and polite. Special thanks to the ever friendly and courteous Angela for meticulously explaining the special discounts and rates via their well-constructed package mentioned by my stylist, which was obviously something I signed up for without second thought due to greater savings. Why not? I know I will certainly be back. The entire experience was just marvelous! I also received continuous compliments about how well my crown of hair suited me. One thing I know for sure... they may be Sultans, but I walked away feeling like a King.

Overall is good, just that the aircon temperature need to improve. I'm like in the sauna tbh. For 2 consecutive months :(

Unable to accomodate walk ins, appointments only. Only 1 barber in the room. If you cant afford to have barbers on standby...

My husband loves Sultans. (He is the pickiest person when it comes to hair). The barbers do an excellent job and the interior of the shop is spot on. To avoid disappointment, be sure to make an appointment. Ask for Louis Low if you are visiting the 11 North Canal branch.

Second time here and second time having my hair cut with Seven! Absolutely worth the money and experience. Tho admittedly it's on the pricier end when it comes to hair cuts. But so far it's worth every penny for me. I've been cutting the same style for years and decided to let Seven do what she thought was the best cut for me and I have absolutely 0 regrets. 10/10 would come back and recommend!!
