★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security were rude & impolite. Owner will face difficulty selling their units with negative impression first at guard house. A young fatty Chinese security was especially rude & impatient to visitors. MCST should look into their MA/security manners & behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indeed security at front gate was quite rude. Me & my wife were there to view an unit last wk & the Chinese security (not sure if the same person) sounds rude & not very friendly, very bad to the estate value.
