Very good service there! I booked for a haircut and colour with Dino, who was very patient and took time to get my hair right, explained how to take care of it afterwards - he's super knowledgeable. Gives a good massage during the hair wash too.

I had a fast hair treatment done at Lush d Lush today with senior stylist P.wen. It was such a delightful experience! P.wen was so good at washing and massaging, and also checked with me if the temperature of the water was ideal, if the pressure of her massaging is okay. I felt so pampered and comfortable there. Definitely will recommend to my friends!

I had my hair done by Dino. He is friendly and patient in answering my questions during the consultation. He will give his opinions and recommend the colours and hairstyle that are suitable for me. I'm definitely satisfied with how the colours turned out. I received a few compliments from colleagues about my new hair. A great job from Dino. I was pretty excited when I first got my eyelash extensions appointment made though I have to wait 2 weeks for it. But just a day before the appointment, the saloon called me and said their beautician is going on emergency leave and needed to reschedule me. So, instead of push me to a day after, they just put me back into a 2 weeks waiting period which was very frustrating. Finally my appointment came, and I went for the eyelash extensions, to my surprise, they don’t have a proper catalogue to view sample of the lashes style but just gave me a price list and so called design to choose from. When I’ve decided on the design that I wanted which was something that I have done before, but they don’t have it. How is that even possible for a saloon to not have a common lash style? Throughout the whole process, it was painful and the adhesive keep stinging my eyes and I kept tearing. After 1.5hrs, finally it was done and both my eyes were red and still in pain. I went home, still in pain and keep tearing until I woke up the next day, I am still feeling the pain. I couldn’t stand it and complained to the saloon, they were quick to address the issue by scheduling a removal session for me. Though the removal process was not painful but it took 1hr because there was too much glue and too close to my eyelids! I ended having all my long original lashes removed and only left with those short tiny baby eyelashes! This is definitely the worst experience ever in my life after so many rounds of eyelash extensions I’ve done with other saloon. I personally would not recommend them unless you have good outcome from it.

Did eyelash extensions for CNY about a month back and salon was very accommodative to my timing for appointments and did a fabulous job. Eyelash extensions were very light and easy to maintain and I got many compliments after that as my eyes really sparkle and did not look tired anymore.

The staff at Lush D'lush are great. They are knowledgeable, professional and always flexible. I have had many treatments at the salon it's a very relaxing and comfortable environment. Thank you

Ben, a Taiwanese hair stylist is a rare, all rounder stylist who constantly impressed me in each visit! His hair cutting skill is second to none and cut to last! Like the hair color he mixed with taste and depth! He certainly elevated each of his customer’s image stylishly! Ethical and no pushing of products!! Luv it!!!
