โ โ โ โ โ I brought a challenging request to the Luthier, which was to fix a Brazilian 10 string guitar, very unique. They tried two different strategies to fix and the second one was very successful. Very good knowledge, transparent and honest to describe the risks of each strategy applied.
Fantastic service! Highly recommended!

โ โ โ โ โ The place is great, but people working here are not very helpful. It feels like they think they are doing you a favour. And I have already bought 2 guitars from here before. Price and brands are the positive side, but if you find other place with better or even same prices, go there because at least you will be treated with respect.
*to the owner: instead of being defensive and only acknowledging your positive reviews, perhaps you should think about how you can improve your customer service instead, just my 2 cents.

โ โ โ โ โ Must visit for classical guitar enthusiasts! I've been to several guitar shops in my search for the right classical guitar, and I would say the service and variety is exceptional. This is the only shop where the uncle really cared about helping me find a guitar that suits my petite frame. Not only that, but they actually have a variety of small scale classical guitars, which is pretty rare! Other guitar shops usually have small scale guitars that are too cheap (and sound terrible) or cost several thousand dollars. But Luthier Guitars actually had several mid-range models under $1,000, and I was able to try them all. I wasn't ready to purchase at the time I visited, but I didn't feel pressured to buy then and there. For that reason, and because of the great service and variety, I will be buying my next guitar here.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst service ever! visited for the first time after seeing good reviews, but seems like they just donโt want to sell guitars. staff was unwilling to let me try the guitar. how to buy when u cannot try??

โ โ โ โ โ The store was great, well equipped and the owner (I think) was very welcoming. He fixed the strings on my guitar and helped me to find a case for it. Will definitely come back and recommend this place.

โ โ โ โ โ Just bought one of the MTG Strats here. Plays great for a budget guitar (actually just plays great!). Pleasant hour in the shop ..friendly service and tried out the Luthier 'own brand' acoustic .. Which seemed like a lot of guitar for not much money. Would reccommend the shop and product.
By the way the guitat I couldnt remember the name of Westone ( Matsumoko ) ..its a Pantera X350MA. Dan
