Very poor experience, we had been requesting them for the tickets for singapore and flyer since 3 days. Every time , their phn was picked by a different person, and each one of them not having slighest idea, abt what the previous person had said or committed. Three times three different person committed to us that we wl get the tickets the next day.... But after 3 rd day... Someone picks up and says that they can't book and we hv to visit their office for the same. They have zero coordination between them, and most of their drivers are very rude!! They hv zero sense of Hospitability and zero commitment value!!

For all those haters that commented with bad reviews, kindly please reflect on your own self before judging on the Travel Agent on their services. To me, nothing is perfect and this agent is always doing their utmost best to provide excellent and good service to all the customers. So please do not give negative reviews without thinking thru. Thanks.

Always. Always. Always. Check if you are able to do a booking on the OFFICIAL website before engaging with the agency. Just a few days ago, I engaged with this agency regarding Dream Cruise booking. However, I have been very skeptical as Dream Cruise bookings were suspended from 29 Jan onwards. I didnt dare to place a 50% deposit (worth $900+ in my case). I even chose to make a trip down to the agency as I was very afraid of getting scammed because I first chanced upon this agency through Shopee. However, after a few days later, my friend sent me a CNA news article on the suspension of new bookings from 4th Feb onwards. BUT, Sh*** from this agency, did not update me about the incident and instead, told me “they will PROBABLY issue the tickets nearer to sailing date”. My question is “how are you even able to get the booking if even the website DOES NOT ALLOW ANY BOOKINGS?” Not sure about other agencies, but I believe that any travel agencies should be well-informed of any news and SHOULD inform customers about it. Without transparency with customers, how do you expect us to trust this agency? I dont even know if this is considered as fraud or not because i am really afraid that elderly would get scammed. Imagine you were to place that 50% deposit, not knowing that Dream Cruise has suspended all bookings, are you 100% confident that this agency will return you your 50% deposit? - speaking from a FIRST TIME customer pov

Booked twice on different occasion. One for dream cruise and another for a staycation. Staff answered promptly on my never ending queries and helped to plan something nice for my partner. The rates were cheaper than all the sites I checked as well. Great experience!

Hi, today I was having night safari pre booked with shared transfer and at the very last moment Luxury tours and travels have denied to arrange me transfer for night safari activity saying we do not have a seat available in our bus and told me that you can get your refund by getting in touch with your booking agent. My seat they have to given to someone else on a high price and this is really cheating with a traveller who paid money in advance. Now I have booked cab again in private by paying high cost. Don’t ever trust Luxury tours and travel for any of your holiday bookings

My first experience and assure that it's the beginning of a yearly calendar event for me and my loved ones.??? Right from boarding,checking-in and all the swab test process was hassle-free. Onboard activities,food and all was excellent except bookings for jacuzzi and pool,better to book early once onboard to avoid disappointment. Overall it was a wonderful Seacation for me amd my loved one. Will surely book again.?????
