This is one of the most responsive and kind animal clinics I have been to in the world. They take great care of our dogs and are genuine about their health care.

After going to 4 different vets, we finally settled on Dr Gino. He is very experienced and straightforward, and we can tell that he always has the pet's interest first. He is easy to talk to, and understands our concerns. His staff are friendly and helpful, taking the time to understand our dog's personality. We're glad we found Animal Infirmary. The days of musical vets are over.

Our little boy had severe vomiting. An obstruction was rapidly diagnosed and appropriately treated resulting in the blockage being resolved in just a few hours and our boy being able to come back to us the same day. Huge thanks to Dr Gino, Janet, and the dedicated team who looked after Max. Extremely thankful.

My dogs’ usual vet. My dog’s torn knee ligament was diagnosed and surgery was arranged very promptly with another specialist. Staff are very responsive and rates are reasonable. Highly recommend!

I am not impressed with how everything turn out for my dog after his surgery. The day the stitches were removed and no one noticed that the lump was abnormal. They sent us home and my dog developed a 40degrees fever overnight. They were all very quick to push blame to my dog and claimed 'everything looked PERFECT' when we left the clinic after the first surgery. My dog had to be left there for observation after a second surgery. I left the clinic and called back to Janet who mans the counter. I asked to check on my dog well being, she replied with: 'But i am working at the counter, i will have to go back to check it for u'. It sounded that she was doing me a favour. And FYI, she NEVER called me back. I called back 30 mins later, and she only told me my dog is ready, didnt wait for me to finish my sentence and she just hung up. I have always visit Dr Gino for all small skin issues. This is the first time my dog had to do a surgery with them and i am thoroughly disappointed. I am never ever going back there again and I will never recommend this clinic to anyone.
