Rear Mirror sold for $50 cash and carry. Seriously... i do not like the way the owner jack up the price. And service is horrible. Not polite to customer.

Owner is not transparent when dealing. He never tell the full story when selling 2nd hand bike. Only worries about his loan but not your finance.

Good bike custom shop. Lucas, Lim and his team took care of my custom Phantom TA200 to my expectations. On top of that, they are patient in rectifying custom bikes if there any technical mishaps and such. Their quotations are also reasonable.

Came back 3 times for a simple led bulb conversion. Battery is not charging despite changing rectifier. Went back to my trusted mech and says that the wiring job done is wrong hence perpetual problems. Wanted to give this workshop a chance but I am disappointed in the workmanship and price. They offer me a discount to say good things when in fact i am quite unhappy with the service that they provided me. Instead of caring about reviews and rating so much, you should let your work do its talking. Wouldnt come again and will not recommend.

Good experience buying a new bike, with Lucas n team. Turn around time 2 working days. All the Paper work are carefully done. Bike handover is smooth. Recommended shop.

Did a rewiring, a respray and change of many parts including all lights.. bike was fine before rewiring but the fuse blew upon collection of the bike after rewiring done by LV Customs. Bike got towed back and was told that my fuse was not in good condition from the start. I agreed that it could have been my fault and paid towing charges plus the new fuse. However, up till this moment, whenever the weather gets wet, electrical components go all haywire. Examples include, and are not limited to, brake lights not working, signal lights activating on their own on the road... In 3 weeks from date of collection of bike, newly painted parts (rear fender and the part where the forks and handlebar meet) have paint peeling off. Newly changed digital speedometer not airtight. During early morning rides, mist accumulates inside rendering the speedo completely useless (meant that i changed my faulty speedo for fun). All bolts and screws used in the new tail light assembly rusting as well. Take note that these things are all happening in 3 weeks of collection. Only reason why they are not getting a one star review is because they reply promptly and are willing to look at the issues if the bike is brought to the shop whenever you encounter an issue with their work. However, workmanship is poor (concluded from wiring) and components used are cheap and rubbish considering how much they charge for their services (speedo, rusting parts, paint etc etc). Will not recommend to anyone unless you have a lot of free time to keep heading over to rectify issues. I will recommend this place only to my worst enemy. Edit as of 27 Nov: I have also taken a screengrab of their reply as they tend to change they reply ever so often. 1) Misinterpretation of words. He said they actually agreed to β€œtidy up the wires” and not rewire. But in the invoice, it said β€œrewiring”. I think the shop should stop blaming me for reading English wrongly. 2) Signal activation on its own happened after rain. Obviously i could not and would not want to replicate it. 3) In my post, at no point did i blame the shop for my bike dying off. I said the bike died immediately after rewiring and it was an electrical failure as nothing could be turned on. 4), 5) and the 2 6) I agree it was a mismatch of expectations 7) Again, at no point in my post did i blame the shop for the exhaust rusting. In conclusion, I hope the shop stops blaming the customer. You cannot expect everyone to come and know everything under the sun. If i knew everything i could have done it on my own. I’m happy that they were willing to assist me but I’m upset that they keep blaming me for being a β€œbad” customer.

Bought a used bike here. Lucas is patience and helpful to handover bike at night after office hours. He takes responsibility for the bike sold altght it is a consignment bike. Also the mechanic is helpful to answer and solve my enquiries. Great job and nice customize bike :)
