β β β β β I have been going here for years, but the prices have been getting insanely expensive. I asked to get a simple little design on my nails, and the nail lady did not inform me that it would be more than $130 extra. The total ended up to be almost $300. Very disappointing.

β β β β β The owner had another outlet called Pretticare at Parkway Centre in East Coast. Sold package to me, of which I have only used 3 out of 15 sessions, and suddenly they notified me few weeks ago they stopped operation there and i have to go to this Tanglin Mall outlet to do my pedicure. The package was never based on multiple locations and is clearly meant for use at Parkway Centre. This M Spa location is so far away and inconvenient for me, so i will never be able to use the remaining package. The owner refused to refund the balance and is never contactable or responsive despite many messages left with the staff. All customers should be very wary of this business and the owner.

β β β β β This is a dishonest business, all consumers be aware. Bought a package at their Parkway Centre outlet and only used 3 sessions when they suddenly notify that they have moved. They can now only offer their service at this Tanglin Mall outlet but the package was never meant to be used at other outlets. Receipt and business card do not even mention other outlets. They refuse to refund the balance and the owner is not responsive. Very dishonest practice.
