★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went M1 store with my bf last few days , and was attended by a guy but we didn’t get his name. He is not helpful and giving all those wrong information.My bf is under corporate which there will be 40% off the telephone bill, but then the guy tell us there is no 40% off already , insist now it’s just 25% off. Then today we call the M1 hotline to check and renew the contract online which my bf still can enjoy the 40% off phone bill. Very dissapointed on the M1 store staff. He never even check properly before telling us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get the Proof of ownership letter of my SIM for opening a bank account but they asked to me call customer care. This is a small requirement and they can easily help customer with that but unfortunately they don't provide this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went down to sign up for a new line with mobile. I was attended by a staff namely Gwen and she did a good job. She even calculated and draft out which plan will be the most cost saving. The outlet was very busy and kudos to the staff that work very hard to attend to all the customers. I hope M1 will recognise Gwen’s hard work.
