In the past 7 days, my experience has been 1) missed expectations 2) unnecessary delay 3) lack of information on when I will get parts or repair completion. --------------- 1. 4 March washing machine spoilt - called call center to pick up unit. 2. 7 March was supposed to pick up but missed appointment. Picked on 8 March. Called on 9 March but nobody could provide a repair complete date or provide a loaner. 3. On 10 March service center promised an update on 11 March but no call received. 4. Called in on 11 March and call agent has no clue on when I can get a repair or loan unit. To be continued

Finally bought Note 20 Ultra after my usage of note 9 for 3 years. Catherine and Shi Lin have been very helpful with recommending the phone and transfering of my data. It has been a pleasant experience in this Samsung Flagship store.

Poor customer service experience today. Was only checking on how much does battery replacement cost. Both employees just said that they cannot check/confirm for me. The only solution they gave was me to go Samsung service center. Strange that since they already know that this service center has the info I need, and why can't they just follow up with a simple call? Employees need to improve. Dislike its closed door policy. Poor Samsung experience I had. Ironically this store is named "Samsung Experience Store".

Went to the store this morning and was serviced by Boon Yau who has a bad attitude. Wanted to trade in our Hua Wei phone and had questions on how they value the phone and on why they ask for our full NRIC number even in this day of PDPA. Boon Yau was arrogant and obnoxious, answering our questions with snide comments such as โ€œyou stole the phone is it, then why you scared to give your NRIC?โ€ Or โ€œyou not happy with the valuation then you go back to Hua Wei and ask laโ€. We bought a Samsung phone not a Hua Wei phone. While we walked away, Boon Yau even said to a colleague which we overheard โ€œF la, F โ€ฆโ€. How rude. Samsung singapore, this type of customer service front facing managers that represent your brand are failing the Samsung experience. Unprofessional and without proper brand etiquette. Ps: is drinking drinks and chatting with colleagues, resting your forearm on the table while using your phone right at the store front acceptable for Samsung?

I am impressed by the service rendered from Gary and Catherine, both of them are top notch in their field of work, I came over to Samsung 313 branch to get a new device as my current smartphone is experiencing intermittent issues. At last I purchased a Note 20 ultra as I mentioned to them that I need it purely for work purposes, they showed me how beneficial the product can assist me in my daily usage as my line of work requires heavy note taking. Furthermore Gary and Catherine offered to help me out with the data transfer as I wasn't tech savvy enough to do so, well done Samsung ?..

I bought a S21FE from Amanda and Shi Lin few days ago. Both are very patience as I have many questions regards to the new phone. They answered all my questions and make me feel confidence in the new S21FE as I'm switching from another phone brand. They assisted me to transfer all my things from my old phone to the new phone and guide me through the whole process. They also ensure me I can come back look for them if I have any difficulties in my new phone. Good customer service and after sales service provided. Thumbs up to both of them ?
