As the other reviewer said, they kept trying to upsell and pushed their packages 4 times. Almost ruined my day out with my mum, cos the plump pushy girl kept insulting my mum’s feet and nails. The two girls also gave each other knowing looks and were signaling to each other during the treatments, making us feel really uncomfortable. They did a bad job on one of my mum’s big nails, by not applying colour all the way down, which made it uneven when you compare it with the other big nail, which we only discovered after leaving the shop; there was also some polish on her skin that was not removed. I reckon it was on purpose, as the nail painting was done after I refused a series of their attempted upsells. After I paid without buying a package, none of girls said goodbye. They did not help my mum put on her slippers either, as per standard practice by other shops. The pushy (and now petty) one walked past me at the entrance as I was leaving, and just sulked in silence. No “thank you” or “see you again soon”. I found their service to be spiky, unprofessional and rude. I feel that I paid almost eighty dollars to have an unpleasant experience. Visit at your peril.

The pedicure service is okay. However, I really dislike the aggressive upselling. I have just finished my package and will not go back

Moon is very polite and patient, ready to assist with recommendation of colors. The color did not set well on my right hand after the first round of uv light and she redid the whole process after inspecting the defected corners. Thanks for putting your customers first and making us look and feel our best (:

been member of this chain nail spa since 2017. very friendly and hospitable staff providing good quality nail services, giving good advice on how to take care of my nails. always service with a smile. thumbs up!!

Been a customer for a few years. Environment is clean and they have massage chairs for those who enjoy massage whilst doing their pedicure. The staff are friendly and I am generally happy with their service except for one staff by the name of Moon who questioned me in a condescending tone when I did not take up her offer for treatment! The other downside is they would try to hardsell the packages very frequently which I guess is due to pressure from the management. This can sometimes push the customers away. Hope the management can take note of the feedback given here and improve on that.

Terrible terrible place. Poor customer service, therapists just want to upsell services which are overpriced and not needed. If you refuse, they are just rude and unprofessional. I went there last time and therapist pushed me to do anti fungal treatment which I refused to do. She was trying to proof that I have fungal infection and poked me with her tools underneath my nail few times. Next day I developed inflammation and very bad infection. I have few sessions left but I will never go back to this outlet anymore rather used it elswhere.

honestly was extremely excited to try out this nail place as it is quite convenient due to its location. at the beginning i was quite happy with the service until the hardselling began. kept pushing for unnecessary add-ons which i rejected. they are really sweet people but the pushing just made me not want to return. during the session i was planning on returning the next time for a mani. but when they kept on pushing despite telling them i had no money to pay that much, made me upset. the way they were hostile after i did not want to invest in a package made me even more annoyed. disappointed is an understatement as i genuinely thought i had found my go-to nail salon.

I have been here since 2018.The process was very pleasant and made me comfortable, have a proper foot massage, all tools are sterilized.I like the ENVIRONMENT here is VERY CLEAN. The most important thing is that service attitude is very GOOD and the staff there also help me solve my ingrown toenails and FUNGAL problems. I bought packages with their company, which is more cost effective than usual price. You can say NO, if u don’t want to add on or buy package, they willing to take. IGNORE THE UPSELLING AS ITS COMMON.
