Excellent service, no hard selling. Tried many other places before, but since coming here in 2019, I've not gone to any other place for my facial treatment. Their treatment and products have improved my skin so much, and I have really sensitive and problematic skin. Highly recommended.

Since getting my first facial at ‘The pamper room’ in 2018, this place is the only facial spa I trust with my face. The employees are incredibly warm, knowledgable and the customer service is always beyond satisfactory. They have outstanding estheticians with a touch I could only describe as “healing hands”. Any time I have ever had to look my best/ revive my skin, ‘The Pamper Room’ is the one place I visit to ensure my skin is in the best shape possible. I especially put my trust in their exceptional beautician, Joey. I contact her for any facial questions and concerns. She takes great care of all the needs of my skin, and I never leave without feeling refreshed. All in all, ‘The Pamper Room’ will be a facial spa I will continue going to for many years to come, and I highly recommend anyone who desires to be pampered, to come right here.

first time in 30 years doing a full facial in Singapore. had not traveled since the pandemic started so had a lot of untreated mask-wearing and sun damage to my skin. had the Glow III facial with neck, shoulder and back massage thrown in. didn't know what to expect and didn't know what was put on my face at all but didn't really care because the whole experience was so relaxing and Chloe was so good with her hands. she was also very professional, explained clearly what she was doing and recommended after-facial care for my sun-damaged skin but there was never any hard-selling of products or even packages. totally professional and my face has never felt so clean and fresh before. it looked like i had new skin when the facial was done. she did such a good meticulous job that i left her a 25% tip. the lady boss was very friendly and professional too. i would say the service and the facilities are better than 5* hotel spa standards for the price. not your average beauty salon but not intimidating at all. professional, clean, affordable and accessible.
