The gravy is nicely balanced with sour savoury spicy flavour, the braised mushrooms are thick cut yet tender with earthy salty savoury notes.

The pork meat balls are juicy and meaty, while the fresh crisp lettuce lends a vegetal sweet contrast.

A generous portion of minced pork, crisp fried pork dumplings that crunch satisfyingly, and a large fried flat fish with sharp flavour completes.
