★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kuey Chap. This evening only kway chap is my go to in Toa Payoh. Special mention for its braised offals which are all cooked just soft enough for you to chew it off nicely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally has the chance to try this stall as always seen a long queue every time I come here.
Manage to come around 5.45pm and we are already the 9th person in the queue.
The wait is probably around 30mins when it is our turn to order.
The old lady is very nice and patience in taking our orders. We practically ordered every thing on the menu plus taking away for two persons for our family. And it only cost us $20.30 for all that I have ordered.
The taste is good and they served many kway chap items that you don't normally see in other kway chap stalls, such as the pig's stomach, big intestines, pig's tougue and ngoh hiang.
Overall very satisfied meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite kway chap stall... friendly aunty and uncle with delicious kway and well braised and clean pork/innards at reasonable prices. Asked uncle why he doesn’t go on board the food delivery platforms... he said he wants to keep his prices reasonable.. these platforms would charge 20-30% more together with delivery charges.. not worth it for the consumers... so best for us to come visit his stall instead?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally tried this stall today, never regret Q-ing for 20mins as it is value for money.
I selected one piece each listed on the menu for servings of 4 and the serving was just right.
Surprisingly they accept various kind of electronic payment.
Sure will come back again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opens in the evening only, the kuey chap with amazing flavours for only $3.00 for one person portion. The pig's tongue is tender and flavorful. For $1.00 it is a good portion.
Such a good value of money for good food. It is a little salty for my taste but hubs says it is good for him. Individual salty level there. Definitely worth the trip and price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on a weekday evening 7.30pm and queued for 40 minutes. Think the kuay chap is decent, possibly best in Singapore at night time but not the best overall. Price is also not cheap.
Items are definitely infused in the braised sauce. Pig skin was cooked to perfection. Innards are clean with linings removed. Kuay broth is not too watered down.
But, the braised sauce is very salty. Even though I squeezed out some of the sauces soaked up by the taupok, meat, innards, I felt overwhelmingly thirsty a few hours after eating. The sauce is also not particularly aromatic, to be honest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very salty kway chap. Braised ingredients are too salty for my liking. Feel thirsty after eating. Kway is diluted and does not have much flavours.
