MacPherson Residency - Singapore 370017 to

As the residence is only a year old, drivers (including taxis) get confused about entering the residence. I tell them to turn into BLK 34's carpark , which helps most of the time. There are 2 drop off porches, one between 18A and 17A, the other is further inside, between 17B and 18D. The multi storey carpark serves season parkers from Decks 1 to 3A. Handicapped lots are available at Deck 1. Overall, as the residence is relatively new, the area is clean and peaceful.

Horrible experience to have lunch there at Bann Thai Residency Macpherson. Just happened, paid after ordered. Waited 20 mins later still not serve my food and went to ask the lady (it is always her) to check my order. No soup, fork & spoon to serve first to my table. She just simply said you have to wait, it is the kitchen to arrange queue to cook. It has been ordered & just have to wait. Didn't even border to check with chef in the kitchen. 10 mins later foods for other table order (many) after me has been served except mine. Ask her how long to wait, just reply "to wait". This is not the 1st time the lady did not serve/miss our order but she denied that she never had once make this mistake. Cos to her is that job complete after submit order to kitchen, and not her problem whether kitchen have take the order and cook or not. No that the food is so fantastic, and never would I have my lunch at Bann Thai again.

Nice and Clean. With a supermarket and food court serving both Halal and Non Halal food. Playground and Childcare available as well. Central location, a little noisy due to the busy road.

dirty estate... corridor and lift landings are placed with bulky items, used masks are discarded at common area as well ... wonder what and how the town council and the MP for macpherson constituency is planning to enforce cleanliness and safety and health issues for the residents

A rather new estate, but surrounded by older estates so you’ll get a slightly over the hill vibe when walking about, especially in the common areas and coffee shops. The nearby school is vacant at the time, which amplifies this feeling of dilapidation. Noticed quite a number of renters too which is not surprising given the proximity to the industrial buildings

Convenient with hawker centres and amenities around. Near to 7-11, old provision shops, traditional chinese medical halls, dentists, family doctor clinics, tuition centres, convenient shops, few hawker centres and a convenient park connector. Walk over to block 36 for many bus services to many places over the island. It is also near to 2 MRT lines: the circle line and the downtown line. Which is quite rare to be so conveniently travelling to all around. If you are looking for cafe style eateries. There is an ice cream parlour at blk 36. Blk 82 nearby also has a gelato shop with nice interior.

Power many delicious food can have the choice to choose, I like

Old estate with unique architecture, but is going to en-bloc in few years time.
