Xiao long bao skin is too thin. It breaks as soon is it is picked up so the juice is drained off before it can be eaten. Fried dumpling skin is too thick and gets too hard after frying. The noodle is of a chewy but is very starchy. Overall disappointing. Will not eat again.
Giving 2 stars coz the owners are nice.

The broth was flavourful, probably a blend of pork and chicken bones. The noodles were soft and tasty. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal!
Saw lots of customers ordering the boiled dumplings. Will try this next time! ?
