Char siew and sio yok quite fat and juicy.
Dumpling soup is a skip for me as the minced meat is not very fresh.
Try to eat without the sauce, as its really quite a miss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The roast duck is soft and the skin is crispy. The layer of fat in the roasted pork ("siew yoke") is roasted till crispy, which comes with a crispy layer of aromatic skin. The "char siew" is soft and juicy, especially the parts with a little bit of the fat attached. The different types of meat seem to be hand-roasted.
