★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Connecting to the suburban centre of Novena. Plenty of local delights and Western food shopping banking entertainment and hotels with five-star like amenities. Exciting friendly attentive cosy comfy ambience for romantic intimates groups tourists students and families. Free wifi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went up 3 times from train platform to tell station personnel make announcement for passengers to move in to middle of car. They didn't do so and left passengers waiting for many trains to pass without boarding, but middle of car still have room. They are not doing their part and duty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are 3 shopping Malls which is linked to the station.
Novena Square, Square 2 and United square. (But to go to united square, if you push the stroller or use wheelchair, you have to go up to the ground floor to across the crossroad as there are some staircases in underpass...)
there’s a Mount E hospital behind the Novena Square and there’re some clinic at Square 2 so
this station is actually a great residential place since it’s really convenient!!
(This station is surrounded by the residential building so there are a lot of choices of living place)
The environment also nice:)
Kids-friendly and you can find a tasty restaurant near this station area as well:)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient and well connected train station, bringing you underground from Novena Square to United Square and all around. It's also very well staffed, and there's a 7-Eleven right by the station entrance underground. There are also bank ATM machines across all major Singaporean banks, which thoroughly helps if you're in need of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Underground MRT station on the North-South (Red) line near the Central area, served by three nearby malls. Most amenities can be found in the nearby malls, and the station itself has a Cheers on the same floor as the control station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are three malls linked via under ground passageway, so you can walk comfortably regardless of weather. Signs are obvious and clear indicating the exits to the malls and other places. There are staff in platforms and in control station. lifts and escalators are available. Handicapped friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Functional and vibrant mrt station though small and usually crowded!!
May I suggest installing a seat next to charging kiosk at entrance of Square 2.
Please do consider as standing straight for about one half to two hours waiting for full charging, is really difficult and sometimes painful!!
Also consider seats for the rest of available charging kiosks in other mrt stations under same management.
