★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for the famous Yamanashi grapes cake, I was shocked to eat the grapes with fremented taste and smell. As the pione is famous as wine grape, so I thought it supposed to taste like fremented fruit on the cake, but Iater I realized I was wrong. I read an article about the cake from chateraise, it should be grapes sweetness, not wine soury.
The grapes were stale! Both the pione and muscat. I can't imagine this would be happened to me, and chateraise is such a great bakery with good reputation. I am going to throw out, it's disgusting.
