Thoroughly unique burger that just tantalises the teste buds. Just imagine delicious chicken tandoori chunks but in a burger. I was a wee bit skeptical when I first ordered them as I was like, "tandoori in a burger..hmmm" but was immediately a convert the moment my tastebuds voiced their opinion. And that opinion was, "Shovel more burger into mouth pls'. I ordered three burgers; two Crispy-Doori and their normal burger. I preferred the normal tandoori burger while my wife went for the Crispy-Doori and we polished them off in less time than an episode of Friends. They only make `em on the weekends so you gotta get your orders in on Monday on their website in like the 2-3 hours before they're sold out. I highly recommend the food here as it's pretty unique, well-packed and presented and delectably delightfully delicious. (note : I took the photo from their website as we totally forgot to take any pictures while we were stuffing our face.)

From the soft brioche buns, to the nicer than all the mint sauce I've tasted to the oh-so-juicy, tender and chunky well-marinated tandoori meat...love at first sight with the Tandoori burgers. What can I say...just take my money Mahmud's Tandoor! Oh and I love love love...the masala fries with the tangy harissa sauce dip. Ok...I just drooled at my own review :P I'd give them 5stars anytime...any day. Well done!

Ordered this because the husband loves indian food. He went up to collect and remarked that the entire level smells like fried chicken heaven Upon his first bite he declared the fried chicken burger one of the best he's ever had (to my immense pleasure). Wasn't that impressed by the baked burger - don't get me wrong, it's a really good burger but it just didnt particularly stand out when compared to the fried chicken alternative. My husband was a little undecided over the fries because he felt that he wasn't too used to the flavour but i really liked it. Crunchy and flavourful and not too potatoey so it didn't feel heavy to me. Overall a great first experience and i will be back!

This is the best burger and chicken wings in Singapore hands down. Really thought it would arrive soggy and cold BUT oh my it arrived as if I it was just made and it was OH SO GOOD. Ordered the both the fried chicken and the baked chicken burger for my family and I and trust me you should just go for it and get both I can’t tell which is better. THEIR WINGS ARE HELLA GOOD TOO perfect for a family gathering or a Netflix binge weekend. Highly recommend. 10/10

Have ordered from this place twice already because it's just that good!!! This place serves up DELICIOUS tandoori chicken burgers. The chicken thighs are excellently executed - beautifully seasoned and cooked to perfection. Every part of the chicken is tender and juicy, not dry or tough at all. And the brioche buns.... oh man. So buttery and fluffy. The fries are just as sublime, holding their crisp impressively well and coated in a delicious mix of spices. Love the harissa mayo and mint yoghurt sauce as well. The whole family could not stop singing praises throughout the entire meal. Would order again and again. Thank you Mahmud's Tandoor!

Times have certainly changed, but I’m also glad for the birth of many noteworthy HBBs. Mahmud’s Tandoor is one of them. Operated by a lovely Pakistani-Indian couple, this weekend-only tandoori chicken biz is seriously taking off. Saw some online posts, plus it’s not too far from home, so knew I just had to try it. Had both the ?Baked Tandoori Burger and ?Crispydoori Burger ($8.90 a la carte, $10.90 for set with fries), as well as a generous serving of scrummy ?Masala Fries with a harissa mayo dip ($18.50, easily feed 4-5 with burgers). The fried version is as good as it soundsβ€”whole chicken thigh meat marinated with tandoori spices, coated in spiced batter and fried to a perfect crisp, then sandwiched with cheese and harissa mayo between fluffy brioche buns. Though their baked rendition was the winner for me with savoury contrast of a mellow mint yogurt sauce and touch of onion to the juicy, crisp baked thigh meat. ???
