Maid power agency I am writing in to comment your company’s staff Rashida for her commendable and professional services rendered to my family. Over the past 20+yrs, my family has employed ard 7 maids with your company. ( ani susanti, Ani, niken, amanah, mia, kotijah, rina). Besides Ani, niken and another maid Rina who has been with us for almost 2 yrs n now moving on to the next contract, the rest of the maids had served us until their contract expired esp Susanti n Amanah both of them had done 3 n 2 contracts with us respectively. Over the years, we had our fair share of bad relationships with our maids. Each time Rashida managed to mediate n resolve the issues amicably to the extent that not only were we satisfied but also the maids were pacified. She had earned the trust from us n also our maids. Rashida is always patient with both parties. She will understand the issues first from both parties before professionally resolving the problems through constant mediating until a balanced point is reached. She will not compromise on issues nor would she take sides.She always insist on having a solution that both parties can agree upon. As a result, there is no hard feelings formed n both parties can coexist happily. This is very important as there are so many news of maids recently, killing their employers over differences.Kudos to her for such professional way. Being in the service industry myself, I understand the importance and value of good service and how much of an asset it is towards the company’s credibility. We trust Rashida n so do our maids. Honestly the worst maid agency ever. My family and I have been going to this agency for 25 years and we have had our fair share of terrible maids. Our first maid left me (when I was 4) in the lift and abandoned me. She escaped home to meet her boyfriend. One maid never came back home after allowing her to go home for a "one week holiday". One maid got lovesick with a guy in our neighbourhood and would sneak out of our house in the middle of the night to meet him. One maid refused to work and locked herself in the balcony. We have had two runaway maid cases after only working for us for a few months. Our most recent maid ran away from home which was the last straw. The agency was not understanding and did not help us with all the trouble their maids have given us. We are never coming back to this agency ever again and you should never do so too.

I hired 2 maids from this agency. 1st one was an Indonesian. Written in the information provide by this agency she took care of babies before. We hired her because we have a baby coming. When she came, we asked her to carry the baby. A look of horror came on her face. She don't even dare to carry the baby. We complained to the agency. They say no refund but can exchange for another maid. 2nd maid we took from this agency also Indonesian. She stole our money after a year into the job. We told the agency. Agency just say send her back home lor. We lost money using this agency. Potential customers beware.

I am very thankful to Maid-Power for helping me to find the right domestic helper, after having had bad experiences with 2 previous maid agencies. Maid-Power’s staff were professional & frank in their recommendations, and I particularly liked their policy of not referring any transfer maids. The wait for our maid was slightly longer, but I was very happy with the outcome. Having dealt with several maid agencies in the past, I can honestly say that Maid Power are one of the few that truly represents a high degree of professionalism and ethics. I was exceedingly impressed by their knowledge of the process which other agencies I spoke with simply could not explain, and the exemplary manner in which they handled my maid transfer. Although the whole process took eight months given the situation, they constantly updated me on progress, assisted with on-line applications, held conference calls to guide my helper, and effectively managed the whole SHN process when my helper arrived, with great efficiency. This even impressed my helper who has never experienced this degree of care and service before. For this all the credit and plaudits go out to Shidah from Maid Power who was gracious and truly amazing in her service delivery and high degree of professionalism, and the manner in which she handled the process from start to finish. The agency outperformed themselves by ensuring that my helper safely arrives into Singapore despite the changing requirements imposed by the departing country .
