★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired a helper from them. The helper stole my cheque book and forged my signature. Fortunately the bank alerted me to a suspicious cheque that had been presented. I called Dans services It was a Friday. I wanted to send her back to the agency. Dans services refused to take her. They were uncooperative and unhelpful throughout my ordeal. They r a dishonest agency. Do not use them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired a helper from them. On day 4, helper threatened us using our 8month old baby (we filed a police report).
We asked the agent to help us send back the helper to PH. Agent rejected us and even shared some extreme scenarios like “ you will have a bad record in our PH side. In future, you may have difficulty to hire a new helper from PH”.
We had no choice but left her to them to transfer, which definitely benefits the agent.
During the process, we were suggested no saying anything bad about the helper so we won’t jeopardise her opportunity to be transferred”
We lost 2k but according to agent we got 100% back or we got we were are supposed to get.
If by chance, you hired a helper on 6 Apr 2022 from them who only worked in SG for a few days, you can reach out to me to understand a bit more, the fact may surprise you.
