★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand this is a challenging period (lack of maid); however, Happy Home has provided a few options for a maid, sponsoring one maid. We have hired the maid, and after five days, she has decided to leave. (I am speculating here) I strongly feel that Happy Home wanted to extend the working permit to the maid and a contract from us and not provide a long-term maid.
We have worked for 4 weeks to find a replacement, the few people sent for the interview, although selected they have decided to don't take the offer. At the end we have asked Happy Home for the refunds.. This took two weeks to provide a statement not transparent that was below the due amount.
Now, after aligning to the refunds amounts, it is already more the two weeks that I have been waiting for the transfer.
