I wanted to change my departure ticket, so I called to a call center but it was taken time too long over 1 hour even I tried several times finally i could not make a deal. That is why, I visited Changi airport to do offline. But a officer gave just paper with call center number and email and said that you can do only thru call center even though it takes long time. I was so frustrated really... is This the service of Malaysiaairlines??? Even 1 star is too waste for their reaction to customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid!!! Malaysia Airlines has a practice of changing your flights, including to different days and will not let you cancel with refund. Holding you to the terms of the ticket, even though you didn't make the change. Do note, this isn't just a different flight the same day, they can be putting you on a flight on a different day. They simply do not care. Operational reasons can be fine in exceptional circumstances, but to destroy your customers holiday or trip in the process without refunding is inexcusable.
I will not fly Malaysian again, strongly suggest you avoid also. Even the discount airlines don't do what Malaysian Airlines is doing.
