β β β β β Stupidest airline regulations Iβve ever encountered. They ask you to remove your headphones for takeoff and landing for no apparent reason. Besides, aircraft is shaking as if youβre on a bumpy bus ride in the mountains.

When I missed the plane, the return plane was canceled for no reason, even though I bought new ticket again and they accepted return date change.
But my colleague is in exactly the same situation as me, his ticket was not canceled.
I don't understand what their standard is.I asked them this point, only replied non- refundable.
A completely random company.I don't think it's a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines.

β β β β β Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Requested for a refund as they rescheduled my flight and was told it would be sent within 30 business days. It has been 60 days and I have yet to receive any word from Scoot. No one from Scoot can help at all. They simply say it is being processed and is awaiting the manager's approval. What manager requires that much time to approve a simple refund???

β β β β β The worst LCC that I've ridden ever.
I had stuck on unexpected problems due to faults of Scoot.
I want to give 0-star rating, but it's unable due to Google Maps' system.
I booked a flight ticket for TR841 departures on 05 May 2022 and TR840 departures on 08 May 2022.
However, TR840 was rescheduled to 07 May 2022 due to problem of Scoot.
They had sent email about this flight reschedule to me on 05 May, when the flight to Singapore departs. The really damned thing is the time of email sent. I received their reschedule email during I was in the airplane to Singapore.
It means, I didn't know this flight cancellation before landing in Singapore.
I had messed up my trip plan. Reservations for restaurant and accommodation weren't refunded because I requested reservation change for those too late.
Refund policy is also unreasonable. Scoot had suggested to refund for "UNUSED VALUE OF ITINERARY" only. It means, I couldn't be reimbursed not only full refund of this flight but also loss of other reservation cancellation, such as accommodation.
Also, It was unable to buy another flight to Seoul because refund for "UNUSED VALUE OF ITINERARY" is not enough money to book a new flight ticket.
Totally, I feel disappointed seriously.
I will never ride Scoot again. I will never visit Singapore once again. Because this Singaporean company works incomprehensibly and unreasonably. Experiences in Singapore made me really really angry.
