★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed ☹️ or maybe my expectations too much. Not as good as before. Could be change of chef. Didn't enjoy my dinner. Air-conditioner not functioning well.
Will not be back again. Rated 3 stars cos overall the food is alright. Not that kind cannot be eat la. Just not to my standard. Maybe in the beginning few years back they impressed me a lot. But now.. too localized. Menu is confusing to much item. Too messy. Lost of focus, lost of standard and lose of service but still expensive. Lol.

Ordered a large and a medium and the amount of unagi turned out 100% the same. I can say without a doubt if I weigh the meat, it will be the same.
Questioned the staff and she claimed that it’s supposed to be a few slices more. Wanted to ask here to show me where the extra is, but decided not to waste my time. All I can say is the large size is a scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The eel in the don/ rice bowl has too many thorns, the beef is old and hard to chew, the salmon is particularly salty and not fresh at all, the hygiene of the kitchen seen through the window of this kind of store makes us lose appetite, the rice cooker is full of stains and grease. I am surprised that this store can still be open for the hygienic issue we saw and the lack maintenance equipment. The first time rating is dedicated to this store and we surely will never come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small seating space. Around only 3 to 4 groups during weekday lunch. Didnt wait too long for food to be served. Live grilling by man. Did not have too many bones in the unagi, well cleaned. Good charcoal taste. There is a beef set that comes with cold beef, not grilled beef take note. Enjoyed the unagi and broth with rice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pro Unagi specialty. First time seeing "white " Unagi, without sauce, i feel much more healthy. However, if you are beef lover, good grade beef are available / add to it combination.
Worth to come and eat!!
We took the "white black mixed" eat in 3 different styles.
